Information you provide
The rental form collects your name, phone number, email address, project location, selected machine, requested dates, and any job details you choose to include. J&R uses this information to respond to the request, arrange the rental, and manage the equipment schedule.
Scheduling records
Requests are saved on the website’s hosting server and may be included in notification emails to J&R. The scheduling form does not collect card details or process payments. A session cookie keeps form submissions and owner access secure. Records are accessible through the protected owner dashboard.
